We had the good fortune of connecting with Autumn Tate and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Autumn, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The thought process behind starting my own business stemmed from a deep-seated commitment to excellence and a belief that cleaning is not merely a chore but an art form. Our journey began with a simple yet profound desire to redefine the standards of cleanliness and service in our community. I envisioned a company that would elevate the entire cleaning industry by infusing it with sophistication, attention to detail, and dedication to exceeding the expectations of a discerning clientele.

Please tell us more about your art. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?

What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to excellence and the relentless pursuit of perfection in every aspect of our service. We take immense pride in delivering a truly luxurious cleaning experience that surpasses the expectations of our clients.

We provide comprehensive assistance to our luxury clientele, offering a wide range of services tailored to their needs. From packing and assisting with move-ins and outs to handling daily tasks such as laundry and picking up dry cleaning, our aim is to alleviate the burdens of our clients’ busy lives. Our primary focus is on providing seamless support for the client on the go, ensuring that every aspect of their lifestyle is managed with efficiency and precision.

I’m most proud of my unwavering perseverance over the past seven years since leaving corporate America to pursue my dream of creating more than just a cleaning service, but rather a lifestyle brand. Launching Lucre Vider Solutions, our plant-based and fume-free cleaning product line, has been a significant achievement, offering a range of environmentally conscious solutions from daily shower cleaners to multi-use cleaners. Inspired by the desire to reduce our carbon footprint, these products reflect my dedication to sustainability and innovation in the cleaning industry.

I want the world to know that A&A Cleaning/Concierge is more than just a cleaning service; we offer a gateway to luxurious living, enriching the lifestyles of our clients with comfort and sophistication. Our journey is a testament to the transformative power of passion and perseverance, evolving from a simple hobby into a prestigious brand rooted in culture and pride. Overcoming obstacles has fueled our growth, turning challenges into opportunities to wield our resilience as a force for positive change in the industry.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?

During this journey, there’s a village of remarkable individuals whose support and inspiration have been invaluable. From friends to mentors, their guidance and encouragement have shaped me both as a woman and as an entrepreneur. My sister circle, a group of strong and uplifting women, has been a constant source of empowerment and solidarity. Equally vital is the unwavering love and support of my partner, who shares in my dreams and offers comfort in times of doubt. His presence reminds me that success is not achieved alone, but through the collective strength of those who believe in us. I love when he kisses my tears away.
