We had the good fortune of connecting with Aummanuel Neal and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Aummanuel, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process was to become the biggest and best Window film installer that anyone has ever seen or heard about. To be able to leave a legacy behind to my son and future children. To show the people what ever you want to become you can and is all up to you. To do what I love everyday.

What should our readers know about your business?
What sets my business apart from others. I strive everyday to perfect my craft and I give knowledge about the services you are getting. Break what tint does which brand is best. Also being in the ARMY taught me about dealing with people everyday from different parts of life. Plus everyone is family. When you walk through On DaMoni Tint doors. Plus I love what I do. I have overcome being homeless, to not having tools and figuring out a way to make it work. To have more positive patience. Rushing in this line of work will have you redoing alot of jobs. I moved from Greenville Nc about a year and half ago. Lived in motels, car, and air bnb until I could afford a place. Was mobile with the business until I could afford a building. All at the same time dealing with PTSD, Anxiety, and depression. Some days were easy and some felt as though I would not make the next minute. I never folded and will always still keep a smile for my next customer.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I’m new to the area. So I really don’t know where to go. But the first stop would be ON DAMONI TINT headquarters lol! The first place I can remember was the Mercedes benz stadium. So I would stay there.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Mike Roberson owner of Solar Creations INC Of Greenville NC. Dec 2007 I was hired as a temporary through an agency. He paid my contract out early and hired me full time. No experience at all doing window Tint. He trained and showed me everything I needed to know about window tint, security, phone lines and building movie theaters in attics. To this day I can still call him up and ask questions or advice. When I got out of the ARMY he was the first to say. You need some work.
