We had the good fortune of reconnecting with Aubrey R Logan-Holland AKA “Prince Of Cannabusiness” he is a multifaceted Entrepreneur most known for his role as CEO/Co-Founder of Atlanta based Cannabis Conglomerate Blue Dream Industries, LLC. Last year he managed to become the first Person in the Cannabis Industry with a networth of $1B and the Youngest Black Person in Modern History with a networth of $1B and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Aubrey, how do you think about risk?
I am huge fan of risk. I go all in when I believe in the vision. Everyone of the companies that I hold equity positions in were started with capital from the founding team and we have made our ventures profitable and very valuable by having a very healthy relationship with risk. Blue Dream Industries, LLC which i hold a 44.5% ownership stake was valued at $2.6 B last year, Clamorgan Holdings, LLC which i hold a 33.3% ownership stake in is valued at $20 M and Vallot International Holdings, LLC which I hold a 100% ownership stake in is valued at $3M.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Blue Dream Industries, LLC is one of the few 100% Minority Owned companies in the Cannabis Industry and we have moved into the position of acquiring other companies in the space through strategic partnerships. I am CEO/Executive Chairman/Co-Founder  At Blue Dream Industries, LLC we like to focus on the ancillary side of the Cannabis Industry. Business Development Consulting, Investor Relations and Branding are the services that we offer companies in the industry in addition to owning 30 of our own brands. Plant touching businesses face a tax called 280 E and Business Banking Challenges so we operate in a very cautious manner. Clamorgan Holdings, LLC is a 100% Minority Owned company as well, using a similar strategy the Clamorgan Property Management division has acquired 140 acres of land throughout the SouthWest United States in July of 2020. The Reshard Simone Sports and Entertainment Management Division of Clamorgan Holdings, LLC has landed several distribution deals and placements for our roster of clients over the past several years. Through the Vallot Media Group division of Vallot International Holdings, LLC  I do Business Coaching for small and medium sized businesses. I just came back from touring in Detroit a few weeks ago teaching a course on how to increase your income using Owner Financed Real Estate and Businesses.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I have been living in Atlanta for 14 years and I have seen so many venues change hands and become new places however alot of the classic spots are my personal favorites. Stoddards Gun Range in Midtown is my favorite Gun Range/Store in the city and this would be the first stop to let off some steam, We would have probably worked up an appetite with all of that shooting so Flower Child Restaurant in Buckhead would be the next stop for some good hearty and healthy eats. Slim & Huskies in West Midtown would definitely be on the agenda as well for some pizza. Davidoff Cigar Lounge in the Shoppes At Streets Of Buckhead is the finest spot in the city to have a cigar so we definitely would enjoy the upscale vibe there and to top it off i am not the biggest drinker however no trip to Atlanta would be right without some libations at Cirque Daquiri Bar which sits on the Buckhead/Midtown border.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I bought the book 48 Laws Of Power when I was 17 and that book I credit with where I am at today.
