Hi Asia, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process behind my business consisted of love and passion for my craft . Initially it was a bit harder for me to accept the gift of creativity that I had to offer, and that stemmed from lack of confidence within myself. As I continued to be more consistent with strengthening my methods to execute a flawless install , that is when I began to realize I could bring an authentic luxury affordable experience to the hair industry.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What truly sets Dior Beauty Company apart from other brands is the quality of the services and products that we offer . I have been in customer service all of my life and I think that it’s so important to have that skill when it comes to any type entrepreneurial job. I provide a peaceful environment for my clients to come and experience a dose of luxury , and comfortability where they are able to be themselves without judgment. Dior Beauty Co takes pride in taking care of the hair underneath the extensions & units. My clients will always leave out 10 times better than once they arrived whether its within their physical appearance or just energetically.
Professionally , I am growing everyday in my craft. I fully commit to finding alternative methods to improve my clients experience when they come in contact with my brand in any capacity. It’s definitely not easy , and I am still finding my clientele. However Every year , I do find myself expanding and building up what I’ve created.
What I want the world to know about Dior Beauty Company is that we are reliable. We provide the same service with consistency every time. The quality of the brand will never diminish over time only get better from here.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First and foremost the most High . God . 100% . I also wanna shoutout my siblings Aniah , Xoe & Asriel , they all constantly remind me how proud they are of me. They are constantly uplifting and encouraging me to keep going and having them in my life is a constant reminder that I am on the right path.
