We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashu Gandhi and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ashu, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
My habit of never shying away from asking for help has helped me succeed. I feel You weren’t meant to succeed in this life independently. In fact, it’s not possible. The first humans on earth had to ask one another for help. There was no choice. There was no shame. They had different skills, abilities, crops, resources, and medicines. They collaborated for survival. Everything we do in this life involves other people. 29 years of my life and I have realised that you can never know everything and hence it is important to ask for help. Regardless of your designation, experience or responsibilities, there is always scope of improvement – both as an individual and as an organisation. From starting i have been asking for help and that has helped me shape myself the Ashu i am today. People won’t ask for help unless it is super important but for me i have been always open to it and i think that made people kinder towards me.
What should our readers know about your business?
I believe that my personal experience distinguishes me from others when it comes to my line of work. I’ve practically experimented on all of the activities that my business sells or provides. I’ve tried and tested practically every area of digital marketing, and because of this, I can think clearly for the customer under the study because I know from experience what will work best. I believe that when someone has experience in a certain field, they have probably built a skill set that is beneficial to their new venture. This helps me to use my expertise to create effective campaigns for, which can help my business grow and thrive.
One thing that I am proud of is the fact that I have dealt with almost all kinds of clients- from a venture that has just started to a fully grown MNC.
This has provided me with a well-rounded perspective on the needs and challenges of different types of clients, which allows me for a more tailored and effective approach to customer service and relationship building. It has genuinely made me more adaptable and versatile in working with different types of businesses.
Every business faces challenges for sure, there were times when we had to build a website overnight, projects that came with strict deadlines, clients that won’t try to understand. Honestly, handling all of this was not easy at all but my habit of never shying away from asking for help has helped me succeed. I feel You weren’t meant to succeed in this life independently. In fact, it’s not possible. The first humans on earth had to ask one another for help. 29 years of my life and I have realised that you can never know everything and hence it is important to ask for help. Regardless of your designation, experience or responsibilities, there is always scope of improvement – both as an individual and as an organisation. All my journey has been made easy by the mentors that I met on my way up here, where my business now is. Every new business demands sleepless nights but all of this was made simple by my mentors. They made everything sound super easy. All regards to them.
The path till here, gave me a lot of lessons. Almost each failure and for a fact success brought with it super important lessons. The most important thing that my career taught me is that you cannot fix everything. You can work for it, try it, put your efforts but it is not necessary that you will be successful. At the end of the day you should not blame people for your failures and just do what you feel like doing.
All through my journey, I did things- I wasn’t always best at and realised that I can’t fix it and hence it is important to move on and take up other things. Time won’t wait for you, so just eat the biscuit you might be saving for the perfect day, visit the restaurant you are trying to reserve for a special occasion and finally do the task that you have been procrastinating. Life is too short for a lot of why, how, when and tomorrow’s.
One thing that I would want the world to know is that Sparkupreach does not work on greed. It won’t ever tell you to take up a service if it does not work for your brand even if it means losing some dollars. Being always honest and true to our work has also helped us build amazing relationships with brands and influencers that want to work with us again.
I personally love to grow and be successful in life but I am also aware of what path I should take to get to that stage. For me, my personal ethics are at the top.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
As I reflect on the journey that has brought me to this point, I realize that I owe a great deal of my success to my family and my mentors- both virtual and in person. All of them deserve a big shoutout. Starting with my family- especially My father, mother and brother have been my biggest cheerleaders from day one, encouraging me to follow my dreams and supporting me through the challenges and triumphs of entrepreneurship. Without their unwavering love and support, I would not be standing here today.
I also want to dedicate my success to my mentor, who has been an invaluable guide and confidant throughout my entrepreneurial journey. Their wisdom and experience have helped me navigate the ups and downs of starting and growing a business, and I am grateful for the lessons they have taught me along the way.
Praveen Sir, he taught me a lot about CTA marketing- the skill that has actually formed the foundation of my career in Digital Marketing.
I would also want to give a shout out to Chris do, one of my virtual vendors- i have always been a fan of how he speaks and expresses himself. The last but not least I want to mention is Somin Sinek- one of the best motivational speakers I have ever listened to in my life. I just see myself in him, I love how our vibe matches.
As I think about all of it today, I know that I would not be where I am without the support of these incredible people. Their belief in me and my vision has been a driving force behind my success, and I am proud to dedicate this achievement to them.
