We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashley R Triplett and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ashley R, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom. ~ Anais Nin

What this means to me is that in life, you have to take risks. Instead of just going through this existence mundanely, live. Without risks and not showing up for yourself, you’re not living. Be open to your creative riskier side and watch life bloom.

I appreciate this quote because it reminds me of me. I didn’t take risks, I kept to myself. Too scared to take chances, I missed out on so many occasions to experience positive opportunities. So many great things happened when I became open to saying Yes to the optimal phenomenal thought of endless possibilities of, What If It Works.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m a Business Professional and Creative. Having a Creative mindset helps me relate to a majority of those I serve. Creatives are the main reason I added the Business Management services to my business platform for MAD Management 2K.

My brand started when a person I am very close to needed someone to help her manage her brand. It wasn’t easy and most things we had to learn while in the moment. We grew up in the Entertainment Industry together and have had each other’s back since. MoLo, LLC., was created . During the first few years of being a Brand Manager, after getting to know celebrities and hearing conversations, I realized that many of these Creatives did not have Business Management programs through his or her Management Team, and that included my client, myself, and my team. Now, since about 2015, my Team and I have partnered with brands like Camil Reign Productions and Millenni [Marketing] Productions for Talent Management Services, then some other brands for Business Management services. Around 2020, with the help of EnhanceU, LLC., Bee Financially Fit was designed to add more support to the Business Management services brand.

One of the main things that set me apart is that I stay a student; I make sure that I am learning how to do what’s needed to better myself for my clients. I maintain what’s required for me to operate and I’ve also added certifications and am in classes to back up what I do. I’m joyful when I see not only my brand positively grow, but also when the brands of my circle and brands that I work with grow and expand, such as Extra Curricular ATL, MPRMG, Tax Insanity, LLC, those previously mentioned, and so many others. With each of the brands that I work with, we consistently support each other.

Grace, mercy, and support is what has gotten me through this business journey. There have been ups, downs, and many curve balls thrown through all of this. One thing that’s helped me is when I began my Pageant Program journey in 2018. I competed in the Women’s Business Leaders and Entrepreneur Pageant (WBLEP) program, and in that, I won two (2) top titles. Through this journey I had the encouragement of those close to me, and the help of Delicate Kreations, who worked her magic and fashioned all of my garments for my competition. This granted me some courage because I enjoyed my attire. During my reign, I discovered how to use my crown, sash, and titles to connect with more people, then build up the nerve to talk to more people about me and what I do, because before that, it was easier for me to talk about other people’s brand(s), but not so much my own.

The journey to where I was has not been an easy one, and I don’t expect the current life trek to get any easier. You have to be constantly working on a higher quality version of you; it’s you versus you, no one else matters. The key is to learn from your mistakes and see how it could have been better, because even when it seems easy or you get through a challenge with a small ‘scrape on the knee,’ there’s still a lesson to learn. You never stop overcoming challenges, but you do gain an understanding of how to get through them with more ease. I understand more and more that you have to have more people around you that are for you and value you as a person. Most importantly, in life and in business, you can’t do it alone. Having good, trusting, and respectful people around you and in your corner is the best thing there is.

I’m very encouraged and grateful for this opportunity and I’m thankful to Aqeel of The Enterprise Theater for referring me. The Enterprise Theater is one of my recent business partnerships and we have some major projects on the way that I am very enthusiastic about. As business owners, my chosen family is mentally evolving and we are constantly educating ourselves. I’m so excited for my circle and all of us working towards our ambitions and desires.

I have a few big brands that I’m currently working with and I can’t wait to make more of a difference for the people that are a part of those brands and the communities involved. Connect with my team and I to see what services we may have available for you and your team, or worse case scenario, just Connect with one another. Let’s work together to make a difference.

I am launching the complete versions of my books this year after much editing, patience, learning, and plenty of championing from Bellard Financial, Flash Mode Media, Allama Copy, and Morgan Ventures LLC, Purchase is available now for ‘Baller On A Budget,’ during my pre-sales on my website.

My current reigning title is Ms. Admin Support of America in the Educators of America Pageant Program. My platform is the DeKalb Initiative for Children and Families. You may support me on my Pageant Journey for the next title in my system. Go to artisticlifedesign.com and you may connect with me at (404) 285.0033.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Oh my, this one is a little hard for me, because I do my best to make sure that I’m intentional about where I go and for what reason. I do enjoy a good brunch, and my team and I are building a professional partnership with a few businesses and business owners in and around the city though. So, I mean if you can support a business in your community, make money, grow your business, and have fun, why not? Lol.

I do have some favorite food spots… so, we would definitely have to visit the different locations of Grits & Eggs for our brunches, we would then swing by a couple of the Café Intermezzo’s locations for some late afternoon lunches, and I have to get my soul food in, so This Is It for our dinners.

There’s always something to do in Atlanta, and events are easy to find if you have the right people to ask, and I have the right people in my circle to ask. The app Eventbrite helps if needed as well. The people that I call family are the interesting people in my life and we would likely plan something to have fun and enjoy each other’s company, especially when we have someone we consider family in town.

My go to fun is spending quality time with people I love and care about and traveling with these people. I’ve partied, I’ve done the club thing.. I’ve had my wild years — that got old. For me, you have to plan time with loved ones, because it’s a high priority. I’m on a different path with a completely different focus nowadays. We know life can get in the way sometimes and you may not see each other as much as you used to or hardly at all, but with all of what each of you do in your daily lives, make time for what takes precedence. I have different groups of my family in which we plan how we’re going to connect with each other at least once or twice throughout the year by a trip together, hanging out, brunch, or whatever it may be. We all make sure to check in with one another as well. I love my circle, my chosen family, because we chose each other.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Heavenly Father, first and foremost, because without his Grace and Mercy, I know that I couldn’t have gotten through any of the things in my life and I would not be where I am, moving in the right direction for the plans made to come into fruition.

Next, my Circle, my chosen Family and close friends. These are people I chose to call family regardless of if they are related or not, because to me, being related doesn’t make you family, but who you choose and who chooses you. My Pageant Families, they help me feel like a star with everything I do and every time we connect. My mentors, who have seen me through events, late nights, worked with me on projects, and more. Then, of course my Teams and Clients; these people trusted me and my mentors with helping them intentionally and positively move forward; creating financial plans for their specific idea of Generational Wealth.

I’m so excited to see everyone Reach their Goals, Dreams, and Objectives. Thanks to all of you who continue to help each of my Aspirations come true.
