We had the good fortune of connecting with Ashley Carnage and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ashley, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I always knew that I wanted to be a business owner and also believed and still believe that you will never know your true value until you work for yourself. Growing up I could see myself as a business owner because I helped my family run their business, Rainbow Party Rentals, which included renting party equipment such as bounce houses, cotton candy machines, etc. I was also schooled on the history of my great grandparents who also ran their own successful businesses despite not having a high school education. Being exposed at an early age to people who did far more with much less sparked that desire in me to start my own business with a “no excuses” attitude.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Ashley E Carnage Law is a Trial Attorney Litigation firm that specializes in DUI, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury Law. We also offer Probate and Real Estate services such as Deed drafting, Letters of Administration, Power of Attorney, Simple Wills, as well as Tax Sale Right of Redemption Services. We have two locations including Atlanta, Ga and Thomasville, Ga and provide services to clients in Atlanta, Macon, Albany, Thomasville, Valdosta areas. We pride ourselves on our personalized approach to legal representation. We prioritize building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and goals, and tailoring our legal strategies accordingly. Additionally, we are committed to delivering high-quality and efficient legal services, constantly keeping our clients informed and updated throughout the legal process. Practicing Law has been a journey, and I say that in the most grateful way. It was Robert Ward who said “I wish you glory and the strength to bear its burdens. Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love entertainment and a good bite to eat so we may go to State Farm Arena for a Concert or Comedy show at a stand up comedy venue. Before that, we can grab a bite to eat. Some Chargrilled Oysters and Spinach dip for appetizers, some Sangria for Libations, and Seafood Pasta or a Parmesan Crusted Ribeye for dinner. We’d have to go to FamFam Karaoke one night, and sing our favorite R&B songs. Go to The Real Milk and Honey for Brunch on Saturday or Sunday and more R&B singing, because we all know brunch is a vibe. During the week we work of course but we can find some balance after five by hitting the gym for some Hot Yoga and a massage afterwards. Most days You can catch me at home in comfort.
