We had the good fortune of connecting with Asharah Damore and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Asharah, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
The habit that the feel has helped me succeed the most is staying focused on the bigger picture after setting a goal. You have to be able to let go of some of the smaller details in order to move forward. Everything is not always going to go as you imagined it but as long as you stay focused on getting things done you will be able to breakthrough.

I always say start strong finish strong. Whenever I begin anything I start of with what I have in mind, visualize it and start making things happen. Along the way unexpected challenges may come up. I may doubt myself, I might even think about giving up. That’s all ok as long as I get it done in the end. Not everyone is going to know what happened behind the scenes and all the pitfalls along the way. That doesn’t matter as long as you get through them and finish strong.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Asharah Unlimited is my baby and we are growing everyday. I am very proud of everything that we have been able to accomplish. Right now what I am most proud of is our children’s brand Princess Jona. Our books are being sold everywhere online and in a store location at Barnes and Noble in Morrow, Ga. We just launched our Asharah Unlimited Etsy Store selling our digital products. In the mean time we are developing puppets and other children’s learning products. It’s been very rewarding.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If you are visiting Atlanta there is so much to do. I would suggest a couple of places just outside of Atlanta to visit if you have the time.

Great restaurants and shopping. Rumi’s Kitchen is my favorite place to eat there.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shoutout my mom. She was such a support growing up and she still so important to my life as an adult. Whenever I need her she is always there no matter how big or small.
