We had the good fortune of connecting with Apex Visions and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Apex, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
My thought process behind starting my own business was I can’t work for anyone, I want to be my own boss. I knew what my passion was and what I wanted to do. I just didn’t know the how. Although I did not have everything figured out in the beginning , I remained consistent and it brung me to where I am now. I wanted my business to have a good reputation as well as being easily recognizable and a household name.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
What makes me stand out from others is that you can’t really put me in a category. I always try to do things differently. Every time I’ll try something new, even if I have never done it before. I got to where I am today by not giving up. It’s okay to take breaks or start from scratch but you never give up. Nothing is ever easy. There’s a bunch of lessons I learned along the way. If I told you every obstacle I faced or lesson I learned, you would be writing an essay. A lesson a day, is a blessing a day.

People use social media platforms to only project the good things or portray a luxury life. I just remain true to myself by showing the good and the bad. Most people tend to go missing when they’re going through things. I’m definitely the one to show my flaws and any losses I take. I think its important to show those things because it just tells you how well I bounce back. You’ll see that I just lock back in with myself to win . That’s the reason why I’ve always had “ just let me be great “ in my bio. No matter how many L’s I take or how much bullshit I go through I still get right back up just to show the world it’s possible. You can go through the worse but it’s never too late to overcome your obstacles & win.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would definitely go to Area 53 for vibes because they have zip lining, Rollerskating, rock climbing, arcade games, slides, laser mazes, paintball, ninja courses and more. It’s definitely a good time there . To eat I would probably go to Jue Lan, you can’t come to NY without going to Jue Lan’s, you know? Also we have to stop by Negril BK. Its a must. We definitely have to go to Bowl 360 for some drunk bowling vibes too.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First things first I have to shoutout God. If I’m being honest having faith in God is what got me this far. In my career field it’s not easy staying consistent especially when you face so many trails & tribulations . Also I want to thank my supporters, my clients, people that check in with me time to time, people that check in with me daily and most of those people have never even met me in person. They still support me everyday though. Real genuine love is priceless. Lastly, I want to thank every life lesson I ever came across whether it was good or bad, either way it changed me for the better. I rather be uncomfortable then stagnant and in the same mindset forever. Being uncomfortable forces you to grow.
