We had the good fortune of connecting with Antonia Lawrence and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Antonia, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Honestly, there wasn’t much thought put into starting my business because it all made sense for me at the time I was in at the moment. I am coming from having over 10 years of experience in the financial industry and when the idea came to my mind I simply asked myself “Why not?” I didn’t have any solid reason on why I shouldn’t pursue this in a greater capacity so I said “This is what I am going to do”. Once I made the decision to do it, all the doors, resources and connections aligned for me at the right moment. At that point, I knew I had to go all in and make it happen.

Please tell us more about your work. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
I am the owner of HxS Financials Consumer Consulting Agency, we are coming on our 2 year anniversary of being a full virtual operating office. We offer several services from Individual and Business Tax preparation, Credit Consulting, Travel, Life Insurance, Business Development, Business Startup & structuring and we are constantly expanding our services to provide to our loyal clients ! What excites me most about creating my empire of light is that I get to be a beacon of light in my community, being able to be a trusted company that can provide the services and educate our community on how to better understand their finances in all facets. Not only do I get to help those all around the world but I also get to provide opportunities to other individuals who were once where I was and help them too be a pillar of light in their community and have an impact on others in a positive way as well.

Earlier I mentioned that my company is new, now even though we are a newly established office I have to brag and mention that we are a 2 time award winning office for our Tax Services. We were awarded the award of Top Earning Office and Top Funded Offices out of 10! That is major!! That means not only did we earn great revenue as a company but our clients were able to receive their payouts on time and effortlessly.!!

I originally got my start as a Tax Professional over 10 years ago when a friend offered me the opportunity to join her in business. After our 2nd year of experience, my friend decided to open her own tax office and I partnered with her and became her office manager, team lead and recruiter for years. In addition to my tax knowledge, I have 4 years experience in network marketing, 10+ years in customer service and customer relations and many other accolades and accomplishments in leadership development, business development, team building and more. What I feel sets me apart from others besides my experience, trusted reputation, knowledge, providing professional and accurate services is that over the years I have developed the skill and gift of being a quantum wealth activator and healer. This allows me to be able to bridge the gap between the finance world and the spiritual world. I have structured and built my business on the principles of multidimensional wealth practices that allows me to shift the collective, my clients, my business partners, employees to achieve a higher wealth capacity in a quick way.

It wasn’t easy to get here, having all of those years of experience caused me to question myself at times and even take a break and pause on what I was doing because I thought there was a bette, quicker or easier way to get success. Truthfully, I found myself running away from my purpose but the beauty about life is once I was able to soul search and dig more deeper in who I was and take the money out of what I was doing it all landed me right back here! Right where it all started for me. It took me to realize that it is/was never about me but more about those who will be connected to me .. my clients and employees and I am able to shift their lives. That’s when it all made sense and the doors opened up even wider for me to walk through!

A few lesson I learned along the way are 1. Always trust yourself 2. Know your worth and that you are worthy of having everything you desire in this life. 3. Always do what makes you happy 4. Never doubt yourself and 5. Always, Always shine your light and be confident in who you are. All of you!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Atlanta is like a 2nd home to me, even though I wasn’t born and raised in the city it always treated me with love and support! Since I am a southern girl, I love places that are small and cute with really good food and I love luxury spaces as well.
Some of my favorite spots to eat would have to be R Thomas Deluxe and Grill, Lickety Split Southern Kitchen and my new fav burger spot is Slutty Vegan. For breakfast we would have to visit the Commerce Club but you have to be a member to even get it! It’s a great space for a quick bite to eat while discussing business. Marcel for dinner if you want a great steak with a nice ambiance.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to shoutout one of my business mentors who is the key to making all this happen. Ms. Mashi Epting CEO of Complete Tax and Training Software. I met Mashi 16 months ago as I was a patron at another business establishment of hers. We were discussing future plans and goals with each other and I mentioned that I wanted to finally step out and create my own financial services empire after all these years. Immediately, she offered me the opportunity to work besides her and develop my goals. Less than a year later we were both able to surpass or goals and become business partners in the process. In addition to owning my own Empire, I am now the Business Development Manager for Complete Tax and Training Software, the very company that gave me my million dollar start.
