We had the good fortune of connecting with Anne – Marie Coleman and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Anne – Marie, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my own business was rooted in faith, purpose, and a desire to build something meaningful for families. I reached a point where I wanted to take a risk and try something different—something that aligned with both my heart and my skill set. I’ve always loved the idea of building community, creating safe and welcoming spaces, and helping people feel supported, and The Bunny Hive Roswell became the perfect place to bring that vision to life.
As a mom myself, I know firsthand how important it is to have places where you feel seen, understood, and surrounded by others who “get it.” I wanted to create a studio where moms, babies, and families could come as they are—no judgment, no pressure, just connection, joy, and belonging. Starting this business was my way of pouring into my community and offering a space that truly feels like home.

What should our readers know about your business?
The Bunny Hive Roswell is a warm, intentional community space created for babies, toddlers, moms, caregivers, and families. What truly sets us apart is the environment we’ve built—one that is safe, supportive, faith-centered, and rooted in genuine connection. We offer classes, events, and experiences that aren’t just activities; they’re opportunities for families to bond, breathe, and feel a sense of belonging.
What I’m most proud of is the community that has formed here. Families walk in as strangers and walk out with friends. Moms tell us that they feel seen and supported. Children find joy, routine, and a place where they can explore freely. That is exactly why I took the risk of stepping into business ownership—to cultivate a space where families feel understood and cared for.
Getting here wasn’t easy. I walked into this journey knowing I wanted to try something different, but I had to learn quickly—everything from operations and staffing to scheduling, marketing, and creating systems that worked for our studio. There were long nights, unexpected challenges, and moments where I had to remind myself why I started. But each challenge pushed me to grow. Leaning on my faith, my family, my public health background, and my natural love for building community helped me stay grounded.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that vulnerability and leadership go hand in hand. I’ve learned to trust my instincts, trust God, and trust the process. I’ve learned that community is everything—and when you serve people with intention, compassion, and consistency, the impact is powerful.
What I want the world to know about my brand and my story is this: The Bunny Hive Roswell is more than a studio. It’s a place where moms don’t have to pretend, where babies and toddlers can just be themselves, and where families are welcomed with open arms. I built this space with love, purpose, and the belief that community can change lives. And every day, I’m honored to see that belief come to life.

What Makes This Area Special
Roswell is a community that truly has it all—amazing food, great people, family-centered experiences like We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym, helpful business resources like Roswell Inc, and beautiful places to connect and unwind. Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Absolutely — I truly wouldn’t be where I am without the love, support, and encouragement of the people closest to me. First, I have to shout out my husband. He is one of the hardest-working people I know, and watching his dedication has shaped my own work ethic in so many ways. His belief in me gave me the courage to take risks, follow my purpose, and step into business ownership with confidence. I respect him deeply and I’m constantly inspired by the way he leads our family.
I also have to mention our three-year-old son. He is my daily reminder of why I do this work. His joy, curiosity, and innocence motivate me to create spaces where families can feel safe, supported, and connected. He pushes me to build something meaningful that he can be proud of one day.
And of course, my faith has played a huge role. God has guided me, sustained me, and given me the strength to step out on faith and build community through this business.
To my family, friends, and the incredible moms and caregivers who trust The Bunny Hive Roswell—you are all part of my story, and I’m grateful for every bit of support along the way.
