We had the good fortune of connecting with Anna Lipson and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Anna, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
My most important factor for my success is without a doubt the love and support of my family and friends. Word of mouth and making connections is so important in the photography industry and my support system has helped get my name out there and has shown off my talents in the process.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I think what sets me apart from others is the amount of love I have for my clients. How I make someone feel will always stay with them and I want my clients to always feel like they can be comfortable with me. When a bride of my gets married and I see them have their first look, enjoy getting ready with their bridesmaids, walk down the aisle or even have that special moment with their mom putting on her dress, it takes everything inside of me not to cry tears of joy because I enjoy capturing those little moments with my clients..
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Being a small town girl I would take them to north Georgia for a mountain vacation and explore the amazing scenery. I would visit some wineries and orchards with pretty views. I would also love to take them up to Helen and Blue Ridge to explore the downtown areas. We could even go white water rafting or tubbing down the river.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to shoutout my amazing family and friends who have shown constant love and support throughout this process. I’ve struggled with finding my place in this world and once I found my passion in photography they hopped on board with me and helped show off my talents by word of mouth and supporting me when I think I can’t do it anymore.
