We had the good fortune of connecting with Angeló and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Angeló, how do you think about risk?
Personally I’m a big risk taker, it’s always all or nothing with me. Growing up I was always taught to never half step, if you’re going to do something just do it and give it your all in the process.

Risk taking has got me further than I expected so far in my career, I used to always think I wasn’t enough or I was bad at what I was doing, but I never shy’d away from the risk. I always kept my head high and tried regardless of what my mind told me, and so far since I’ve been thinking like that I’ve been getting booked for movies/shows almost everyday.

Please tell us more about your work. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today professionally. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
I’m most proud of how far I came in such little time when I first thought about acting I was like 19 i never been in a theater class for school or anything, so knowing acting was basically natural for me when I first started it just gave me more confidence to go harder throughout that same year. Now with me being 20 and wayyy more experienced I feel as if there’s no limit to what I can achieve further in this career.

I got to where I am today mostly just trusting myself and not letting the little things get to me, it wasn’t easy always hearing the doubt people would have about me like my tattoos, if I could actually even act or even just doubting me before they got the chance to know me. It wasn’t easy overcoming all the doubt I was receiving I was even receiving doubt from family I thought would always have my back, but I overcame every narrative anyone has ever had about me by working my butt off and I thank God for putting me in these positions to win today.

Some lessons I learned was to never put anything past Anyone even your closest family members even they can drag you down sometimes.

I want the world to know that I’m very passionate about everything I do business wise & life wise. you never can count me out I will always find a way to be better than the next or whoever you put in front me I know life isn’t a competition but I don’t sleep well knowing it’s someone else in this world getting better than me when I can also be doing the same thing.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d definitely take them to The yard milkshake bar they have some crazy milkshakes, best ones I’ve ever had. I’d then take them to the High museum of art or even a hawks game.

I think the best place to hang out is definitely little five points it’s great food out there, shoe stores, tattoo parlor’s literally everything you could want is in or near little five points.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to thank my best friend and childhood friend who is no longer here with me today zaire thorbs, I love you forever bro I wish you could still be here to see me grow and thrive in my field of work, you where always my biggest supporter from kindergarten through college.
I want to shoutout my family, close friends, SOF(music group), & every person I’ve met on movie sets or modeling sets that helped me grow as a person and better performer you all really made me a better version of myself today and I thank you for everything.
