We had the good fortune of connecting with Angelique Keb and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Angelique, we’d love for you to start things off by telling us something about your industry that we and others not in the industry might be unaware of?
“One thing most people don’t realize about the spa and esthetics industry is how emotionally intimate the work can be. As estheticians, we’re not just treating skin—we’re often holding space for people’s stories, emotions, and insecurities. Clients come to us not only for physical transformation, but also for emotional healing. It’s a deeply personal experience that goes far beyond the surface.”

What should our readers know about your business?
**Spa Angelique is more than just a skincare studio—it’s a sanctuary where beauty, healing, and authenticity come together.** With over 20 years in the industry, I’ve poured my heart into creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and nurtured—not just pampered. What sets Spa Angelique apart is the intentional balance of results-driven skincare and soulful self-care. Every product, every touch, every experience is designed to support not only your skin but your spirit.

What I’m most proud of is the trust and connection I’ve built with my clients. Many have been with me for years, and we’ve walked through life together—celebrating milestones, healing breakouts and heartbreaks, and growing through it all. I’m especially excited about the expansion of **Radiant Skincare by Spa Angelique**, our in-house skincare line, and the upcoming launch of my podcast, *Unapologetically Radiant*, where I’ll share stories behind the beauty, including my own.

Getting to where I am today was not easy. There were seasons of doubt, financial hardship, and moments where I questioned if I could keep going. But each challenge refined me, made me more intentional, and strengthened my resilience. I overcame those moments by leaning into faith, staying focused on my purpose, and remembering the women I serve.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is this: **success in this industry isn’t just about skill—it’s about heart.** Technique will get you in the door, but integrity, connection, and authenticity will keep you in the room.

What I want the world to know is that **Spa Angelique is not just about skincare—it’s about self-worth, self-love, and showing up for yourself unapologetically.** My brand was born from my own healing, and every client who walks through my door becomes part of that story. I’m not just here to make skin glow—I’m here to help people reclaim their radiance, from the inside out.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Some of my favorite local gems are places that feed both creativity and connection.

At the top of my list is Myrtle’s Plot Twist—a charming little bookstore that serves wine, beer, and sweet treats. It’s the kind of place that feels like a cozy escape, whether you’re curled up with a good book inside or enjoying the fresh air on the patio. It’s also a gathering spot for all kinds of people—you might find a book club meeting in one corner, a bridge club in another, or someone quietly celebrating a birthday. It’s always full of life and unexpected moments.

When I’m in the mood to get creative, I head to Stache Studio—a vibrant space where your imagination can run wild. From painting to clay work, it’s a place that encourages play, expression, and joy for all ages.

For shopping, I love Hollowood Home and Candle—not only can you create your own custom candles, but you can also find the perfect pieces to warm up any space.

And for fashion, we’re lucky to have several great options: The Sock Shoppe, Franklin and Rosemary, and All Together Clothing all offer unique, stylish finds that support local business and make it easy to shop with heart.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
“Elaine Sterling, founder of the Elaine Sterling Institute, was my original esthetics instructor when she taught at ISSN in Sandy Springs. Her passion for skincare and her commitment to excellence laid the foundation for my entire career. I truly would not be where—or who—I am today without her guidance. I’ll never forget giving her a facial just before graduation. She jumped off the table and said, ‘That was the worst facial I have ever had!’ Then, in true Elaine fashion, she had me lie on the table and personally taught me the Elaine Sterling Signature Facial. That moment was humbling, unforgettable, and transformational.”
