We had the good fortune of connecting with Andre Pounds and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Andre, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
As an HBCU Graduate and from my 20+ years of experience in the music industry, I have learned a process for on-boarding companies and artists with the generational crowd from ground level. I’ve always felt the desire to enspire our future entrepreneurs coming out of HCUs.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our Company specializes in Inspiring Entreprenuership by offering dynamic opportunities for business promotions & exposure. Our opportunity consists of first hand consumer level Direct marketing. By supporting our cause, your business will position itself to have initial pull from ground level hot markets and demographics, opening doors of unlimited potential sales leading to drop down sales that will be residually post generational.

Considered also a social engagement experiential marketing solution company, Our company caters to the HBCU Culture & Community.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well first we will go the Varsity and grab a bite to eat. Next is Edgewood Ave to be submerged In the heartbeat of the Atlanta Culture. From Strip clubs to Regular clubs and lounges, our nights will not be slow. On Sundays we will definitely go to Bonfire Atlanta. Piedmont park for a nice day out and defenitly a trip to Area 4 Restaurant for some great seafood.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
One person that has been a major part of my story is Ray Hamilton and The Hamilton Firm. From exclusive mentorship to brotherly love, Ray has help me see clearly in growing as a company and looking ahead to the future.
