We had the good fortune of connecting with Anasia Jackson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Anasia, how do you define success?
I define success in many ways. For me, success is about doing my job well and on time. I want to be recognized as someone who always does her best and tries her hardest to achieve her goals. It’s also important for me to know that I may have helped or inspired someone in any way possible.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets me apart from others would have to be my drive and versatility. I don’t ever want to limit myself to just one style of Modeling or anything in life for that matter. I will always have the mindset that I can do whatever I put my mind to. I’m most excited about my future and to see what God has in store me, It’s only just the beginning for me. Being around other supportive creatives has help me mentally get to where I am today. Having that support system and being around people who genuinely believe in you is very important. What I have learned along the way is to keep God first, and that every experience is an opportunity to learn and grow. My brand is unapologetically me.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
There’s not too many spots I know about in pittsburgh, I’m more of a homebody. If I had to entertain my best friend for a week though, I would definitely take her to savoy or cosmos. Eon bar & grill for brunch and ride bikes in the city.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Everyone in my life who has ever supported, encouraged , and pushed me to be a better person/ Model deserves a shoutout.
