Meet Anais Hayden

We had the good fortune of connecting with Anais Hayden and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Anais, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I love dogs, I have loved them my entire life. I always wanted to be either a Veterinarian or an Artist. When I found out what career I wanted I was blessed enough to combine two things I love into one and become a Creative Canine Colorist/Dog Groomer.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m the top creative dog groomer in Atlanta. Being able to groom my own personal dog Swinger gave me a walking billboard to promote my craft around the city. It’s never easy to be a dog groomer, it takes a whole lot of love and patience. I’ve learned not to worry about negativity because people are going to talk about you whether you’re doing bad or good so you might as well do what you love and carry on.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m not as social as I used to be so unfortunately I’m not sure where to send anyone besides the main attractions of the city such as the zoo, aquarium and the Coca Cola space center.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My daughter Khaleesi for being my reason , my grandmother Terri for being my purpose and Dawn Omboy The Queen of Color for being my inspiration
