We had the good fortune of connecting with Alvaro Carta and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Alvaro, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind this success Alexandro Carta our 3 years old son

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
we start as a Food Truck with the vision to become a restaurant ,and we are very proud to be able to open our first brick & mortar more fast than we expected. was easy? no!! not at all, too much work behind this, but we learned that nothing become easy and nothing is luck ,everything is a goal and if you really want it you have to work for it.
and here we are now with most modern and casual cuban cafe in Atlanta.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We really like the artisanal beer and one of our favorites breweries in Atlanta is Scofflaw, so that would definitely be the place for a good beer. and for sure in the itinerary has to be Belt Line stop in different nice place to mention one lady bird.
And to chose one place to eat we wanna said St Cecilia ( Italian ) in Buckhead area its always a good place to have a good pasta and cocktail.
well and to have some fun we taken then to the lake Lanier and take a ride in the boat.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to mention Rolando Carta my Father who always support, believe and encourage us to start this jorney
