Meet Alexander Lev | Professional Wrestler

We had the good fortune of connecting with Alexander Lev and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Alexander, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I took a risk moving out of my parents house and dropping out of college to pursue wrestling and while for a time it seemed like the worst decision ever I kept working and I still am working harder and harder to achieve my goals and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been and this is just the beginning

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art is professional wrestling. A form of physical entertainment, where the fans cheer for the good guys and boo the bad guys and watch a story told in the ring. What sets me apart from others is my passion to always want to improve and many of my peers see this. And with the help of many people in the wrestling business I’ve gotten better and better because of all I’ve been taught. It’s a tough career choice but I’ve learned if you are a sponge for knowledge and really want to succeed it’s possible. My story is that anyone can achieve their dreams, even if that’s generic it’s still true.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Malls. No specific one, but I love going to the mall and shopping, wasting hours of my day just looking at all the stores. That and downtown Woodstock which is a great place to hangout from the restaurants to the concerts. But in all truth I work so much I barely have time to hang around anymore
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My dad John Manser, my close friend and training partner Hunter James, and my mentor rick
