Hi Akiyra, what do you want people to remember about you?
I want my legacy to be rooted in authenticity and inspiration. I want people to remember that I was never afraid to be myself—fully, loudly, and confidently. I’m a true Gemini, the gem, and I shine in every space I step into. Whether it’s through my content, my fashion, or even just the way I walk and talk, I bring boldness, energy, and elegance. I represent my diva ways with pride, but it’s never just about the glam—there’s substance behind the style. I carry myself with confidence, but also with a big heart. I’ve always had a deep love for seeing others win, and I truly believe in uplifting those around me.

I do me—not because I want attention, but because I believe in the power of being real. I’ve seen how being authentic can open doors, spark change, and leave a lasting impact without needing to follow trends or seek validation. I let my presence, my journey, and my growth speak for itself.

And more than anything, I want the younger generation of girls—especially the ones who feel like they don’t quite fit into the mold—to know that they don’t have to ride someone else’s wave to succeed. You don’t have to dim your light to make others comfortable. You can be self-made, walk your own path, and still carry yourself with class, humility, and power. You can be bold, brilliant, and beautiful in your own way. My legacy is about showing that it’s possible to be all of that—and more—by simply being true to who you are.

My art is rooted in me—my authenticity, my energy, and my ability to inspire just by showing up as who I truly am. Whether it’s through my content, my fashion, or my overall presence, everything I create comes from a place of confidence, love, and self-expression. I don’t follow trends—I set the tone. What sets me apart is that I’m not afraid to walk in my own light. I represent the girls who want to be bold, classy, humble, and unstoppable—all at the same time.

I’m most proud of the impact I’ve made just by being consistent with my vision. Watching people feel inspired to embrace their own uniqueness because of how I move? That’s everything to me. It hasn’t always been easy, though. There were moments where I doubted myself, questioned my path, and felt overlooked. But instead of letting that stop me, I used it as fuel. I stayed grounded in faith, kept showing up, and focused on growth—even on the days it felt heavy.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that the only validation you really need is your own. Once you trust yourself and stay locked into your purpose, the right people, the right opportunities, and the right energy will follow. Another major lesson? Your story is your superpower. Everything you go through adds to your glow.

What I want the world to know is that my brand isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about alignment. It’s about creating a space for women to feel seen, heard, and empowered to walk their own path. I’m building something bigger than content—I’m building a legacy of confidence, class, and connection. And we’re only getting started

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Absolutely—no journey is ever truly solo. First and foremost, I have to shout out God. My faith has carried me through every high and low, giving me strength, clarity, and purpose even when things didn’t make sense. I wouldn’t be here without that foundation. I also want to give so much love to my AK Babes! Without them, there is no me. Their support, loyalty, and constant love mean the world to me. They remind me every day why I do what I do. We’re growing and glowing together, and that bond is something I’ll always cherish.
