Meet Aishat Oduola-Owoo | Astrology Life Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Aishat Oduola-Owoo and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Aishat, maybe we can start at the very start – the idea – how did you come up with the idea for your business?
Astrology has always been a love of mine. Learning more about myself cosmically has been a part of my healing journey. Granted astrology is not the end all be all to life, but it helps you understand how to take part in kairos (which means divine timing). Everyone has a divine purpose and timing why not understand what astrology has to say about your potential habits and restrictions. I started AstroNaija22 to assist people on their journey to self discovery. I wanted to coach people through their understanding of astrology and teach them newer ways to understand the once complicated beauty of astrology.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Removing the need to be rational has expanded my intuition and navigation for life. I am what they call an over thinker. If you’ve thought about it once I’ve most likely thought about it three times in three different ways. Getting past the planning phase and tapping into execution for my astrology page was challenging. I questioned myself constantly, because I was afraid that people wouldn’t identify with what I had to offer. So I took my talents to an app in beta testing called Clubhouse an audio platform for people to discuss various topics. While on the app I showcased my knowledge about astrology and boom the support began. People all over the world not only identified, but paid for my readings of their natal chart. I was surprised, because I always told myself one thing without even testing if it was true. I’d convinced myself to hide the very skill that has brought me so much joy and clarity. Astrology isn’t for everyone, but for my tribe of people who seek to understand themselves in a new old way I offered assistance in an age old practice. AstroNaija22 is about learning and bringing you to clarity about things that have blocked you from your highest potential. I’m not here to tell you who you are I’m here to assist you to being who you are destined to be. A human travel guide using ancestral knowledge and cosmic patterns. From the amazing orator Les Brown, “You don’t have to be great to start, but you do have to start to be great!” Stop allowing your past, insecurities, and lack of self esteem to stop you from your very blessing to vibrate at your highest degree. As I say this to you I say this to myself. You are only limited by choice… choose differently you boundless being!
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
There are three dope spots I’m taking my people to! First one is my favorite breakfast place, Another Broken Egg! Their shrimp and grits are heaven in a bowl. Next we are going to little five points in Atlanta to my new favorite Black Owned Metaphysical shop, The Honey Pot Atlanta. Lastly we are heading to my hidden gem park Collins Hill Park in Gwinnett. This place has water, trails, and the perfect spots for a picnic!
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I love shoutouts! If you know me personally you know that my favorite authors are Don Miguel Ruiz Jr. and Malcolm Gladwell. These amazing writers have given me perspective that has taught me to understand not only my purpose, but how to contribute to a world that may seem crazy at times. Another contributor to my success has been my sister Latifah Oduola-Owoo her consistent drive and dedication to service has always inspired me. She has supported my journey from helping me create my LLC to encouraging me to start my astrology pages..
