We had the good fortune of connecting with Adonis Blackwood and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adonis, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
My ability to adapt and overcome adversity. Often times we are faced with challenges that intimidate us and may even force us to divert from our plans or worst, quit. The goal is to never quit, a warrior ethos that I embodied throughout my military 7 year service. Quitting is easy, perseverance is not however, the reward to persevere is worth fighting for. I would wholeheartedly say that is what allows me to be successful each day I decided to take on a new endeavor.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Donis Studios LLC creates high quality music videos, commercials and photos for your brand to include portraits, editorial, product etc. We serve the state of Georgia, Florida and Alabama. Getting to the point where we have successfully landed clients was not easy, we had to do plenty of work for free to build a catalogue of work. I would like for everyone to know that we strive for authenticity and will always have your company/brand interests at heart when creating your content.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Oh we would definitely have to take them to Cam kirk studios and have them get some professional photos done and then to one of my favorite bar and grill spots, benchwarmers. The Georgia aquarium is also another go to spot!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would have to credit a huge part of my success to the United States Army. I have been apart of the worlds finest war fighting team since 2013 until 2021. The Army has instilled many values in me that is attributed to my success as a person and as a business, the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently is one of them. While I am human and still make mistakes, the Army truly improved my ability to critically think in some of the toughest circumstances.
