We had the good fortune of connecting with Adara Moselle and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Adara, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I was led to start my business out of a love for humanity and the desire to see people have the lives that they want for themselves. The goal of my work is to help raise the quality of life of as many people as I can, especially those of my community, by focusing on mental, emotional & spiritual well-being. So many people get to the end of their lives not feeling fulfilled or that they ever really lived. We often lose sight of what makes life valuable and rewarding. We can amass wealth and the likes but often times the intangible jewels of life elude our grasp. My mission is to help heal 100k hearts. I have learned that the more we disconnect from ourselves, the more we disconnect from others and the world around us. The result of this is a cold and brutal world that most of us do not want to live in. So, this mission is one of peace, rebalancing, love, expansion, fulfillment, healing, compassion, and growth. I truly believe that it is time for us to master this human experience and not just be lost in it. We owe it to future generations to provide this information for the collective evolution of ourselves and the planet itself.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am a Tantric Shaman, Energy Healer, Coach & Consciousness Explorer. I am the only African American woman veteran Tantric Shaman in the world. My job is to introduce people to the deeper and more vast parts of themselves. We are aware of the physical body but many of us are unaware that the human anatomy also includes more subtle bodies such as the emotional, mental & etheric bodies. We normally hear these bodies referred to as the aura or bio-field. Although they are not visible, they are extremely real and play a very important role in our lives. So my job is to help you: 1, realize that it exists; 2, tap into those bodies; and 3 integrate them together for a holistic sense of well-being that you possibly have never experienced. In addition, I teach tantra which is a system of using your sexual energy or “life force energy” to connect to yourself in a deeper way as well as your partner and the world around you. Another part of my work is removing negative energy from people’s lives such as the result of traumatic events or the side effects of depression and anger. Lastly, I research and study the depths of human consciousness and its relationship to enlightenment, peace, and spirituality.

My road has been arduous but extremely rewarding. Through studying with The Grand Trine school of Tantra, I was able to shed parts of my personality that held me back from being the version of myself that I always wanted to be. Now I am using everything I have learned to pay it forward. I’ve experienced trauma, loss, homelessness, sickness, and the like but found ways to rise above all of it and use it as a force for healing and love. I have learned that nothing is a mistake if we can learn the lessons and gain wisdom from them.

I’d like the world to know that they have the power to make any change in their lives that they want and if they need assistance, I am here to help in any way that I can. Let’s grow and take the world with us!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting for a week and left their trip up to me in Atlanta I’d take them all over the place and it would be random!

Botanical Gardens
Etowah Mounds
Rays on the River for some good Fish
Jeju Sauna
Definitely some hole-in-the-wall clubs in South ATL. I’m not into the popular places…we have to go to the hood! LOL
Little 5 points and East ATL Village for some people watching and crystal shopping.
Desta Ethiopian Kitchen
Iron Age Korean BBQ
We Might Stop into Slutty Vegan for lunch.
Take a walk on the BeltLine
If they are open, might go to Paradise Valley for some Sunbathing.
Do some shopping at the new black wall street.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to dedicate my Shoutout to all of those before me who were brave enough to walk their mission in life despite how it was accepted by society. I dedicate this to my parents and ancestry for the infinite wisdom and love they continue to provide. To Master Yao Morris, my first mentor and on whose shoulders, I now stand in this work as well as Surama Brewer. And of course, my loving husband and partner in life Jonathan Williams. And finally, to my children. It is my goal to give them as many tools as possible to be free in mind, spirit & soul. I just want you to grow up with your hearts intact!
