How do you think about work-life balance?

By far the most common conversation we have with the folks we interview is about work-life balance. Starting a business or pursuing a creative career makes finding work life balance really tough because there is no clear start and end to one’s work day. In all honestly, this is something I am still struggling with. I used to be obsessed with my craft – literally staying up watching YouTube videos until 4 or 5am in the morning. I couldn’t stop talking about lash extensions and all the different styles I had in mind. At one point in my career, I was lashing until 2 or 3 am in the morning.
