We had the good fortune of connecting with Elyse Whisby and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Elyse, any advice for those thinking about whether to keep going or to give up?
Giving up is never an option. Re-grouping, reassessment and restructuring is acceptable, but never giving up. There’s always someone who is struggling to get where you are, you can’t be a bad example and discourage their journey. The other side of the journey is the testimony and fuel needed to ignite others to follow their dreams and make that first step towards their life achievements. You must set the example, share the knowledge and be an inspiration.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Over the years of my beauty journey, I have tried many avenues, but now I keep it simple. What set me apart is that I understand the concept of beauty as a whole. Beauty to me is how you feel about yourself as well as how you appear to others. The inner beauty must shine in order to illuminate the outer beauty. That is what Ascension’s purpose and goal is: To bring the outer you to the surface. That is why we focus on organic products that won’t tear down the internal foundation of your body.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to shout out my family and close friends. Their encouragement on this journey has been absolutely amazing! I couldn’t ask for a better support system.
