Hi ED, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
FREEDOM! Being able to create my own schedule and have the family time that I want. Being able to live life and travel THE WORKD THAT is why.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I have a culinary consulting firm, where we do a number of things from creating recipes, designing menus, developing products for sale, food cost, labor cost for restaurants and so one. What sets us apart from others is our honesty with our clients and over 2 decades of hospitality experience. We are super excited about launching our super yummy vegan brunch mix with you can use to make pancakes, waffles, batter for frying and so much more. I didn’t have the money then to open a restaurant so I did what was best for me and the brand. I created an online presence. It was not easy to be a chef online, since no one can try my food. I needed to create amazing visual content that could convey my skills and artistry which IS in culinary arts. We will continue to create amazing delicious vegan products for the world.
Any great local spots you’d like to shoutout?
We are going to Buckhead Shops to eat at Le Bilboquet OR UMI in atlanta! The food and atmosphere is amazing. We are THEN hanging out at painted pin and going to midtown at the whisky blue for a night OF fun.
