Meet Nathaniel Clemetson | Founder & Marketing Strategist @ www.ClarityMedia.io

We had the good fortune of connecting with Nathaniel Clemetson and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Nathaniel, do you disagree with some advice that is more or less universally accepted?
The soloentrepreneur sigma grindset.
“You can do everything yourself, just grind all day every day and you’ll win”.
Doing everything yourself
– causes burn out which leads to inconsistency.
– provides zero executive feedback {and support} which will leave you desperately uncertain or arrogantly misguided about your decisions.
– has zero accountability basis, you might do good by yourself, but you will never be your best without people depending on you, and pushing you to succeed for everyone’s sake.
– lacks leverage. Why would you do ground level tasks when you can build systems that do them for you?
The greatest things ever built were not achieved by one man, it was by all the many people that rallied to his cause. If there was no one to build Rome, the emperor would have been exhausted, demoralized, and never would have finished the project.

What should our readers know about your business?
Clarity Media was born out of a problem I personally lived through for years: building businesses that made money, but slowly took everything else from me in the process.
Early in my entrepreneurial journey, I was constantly chasing the next dollar sign. I was burned out, directionless beyond “up,” spinning my wheels in every direction, and stuck in a cycle of shiny-object syndrome. Every client was different—even within the same niche—which forced me to adapt constantly. That was great for learning, but terrible for scale. Knowledge kept increasing, but freedom wasn’t. What I really had was a job I couldn’t clock out of.
That tension is what eventually shaped Clarity Media.
Around the time early AI tools like ChatGPT first became available, I had a breakthrough. It felt like having a second brain—someone to think with, unblock ideas, and accelerate decisions. I went deep into automation and systems, but eventually ran into another hard truth: software alone doesn’t create freedom. People do. Tools amplify structure, but teams sustain it.
That realization changed everything.
Today, Clarity Media builds world-class business structures, marketing systems, and creative teams for founders who want more than growth—they want leverage, peace of mind, and a business that works around their life instead of consuming it. We consult for high-ticket e-commerce and service brands across industries, everything from fine art to credit repair. We’ve helped clients generate five-figure launches in their first month and scale to over $400,000 in 90 days—but revenue isn’t what excites me most.
What sets us apart is that we don’t just help businesses scale—we help founders escape the solopreneur trap.
Most marketing agencies sell isolated services: ads, SEO, funnels—often copy-and-paste solutions designed to lock clients into retainers. We take a different approach. We build enduring systems—infrastructure that improves perception of value, social capital, brand congruency, and long-term relevance. I think more like a growth operator than an agent. I’d rather help a founder understand their business deeply, build alongside them, and make myself indispensable than become another monthly expense that churns in 90 days.
One thing clients consistently tell us is how fast momentum builds. Leads come in quickly—sometimes faster than their sales process can handle—which often leads us to step in and help systematize operations as well. Automation plays a role, but the real leverage comes from pairing automation with the right people and clear frameworks.
Some of the most meaningful wins we’ve had have nothing to do with revenue. One partner I work with used to be tied to a single location just to keep his business running. After systemizing his operations, he’s spent the last six months living out of his vacation home—taking calls on the beach, working remotely, and finally enjoying the lifestyle his success was supposed to afford him. That’s the type of result I care about most.
Getting here wasn’t easy. I had to overcome uncertainty, burnout, and the illusion that doing everything myself was my strength. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is simple: success doesn’t come from doing it all alone. It comes from building structures, surrounding yourself with the right people, and moving with both faith and strategy.
Faith has been the anchor through every season—through debt, delays, pressure, and growth. It allows me to operate fully while trusting that rest isn’t laziness, but wisdom. Many founders grind themselves into exhaustion because they believe everything rests on their shoulders. I’ve learned that clarity comes when you focus on today’s work and trust the rest to God.
That belief is woven into Clarity Media at every level.
What I want the world to know is this: nothing good happens in isolation. Businesses grow faster—and lives become richer—when they’re built with wise counsel, strong systems, and the right people. We’re here to help founders build not just bigger businesses, but better lives—with clarity, growth, and space for what actually matters.
That’s what Clarity Media stands for.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was in town for a week, I’d want to give them the full Atlanta experience. My favorite thing about ATL is the nature, so if the season allows, we’d have to start outdoors—hiking, swimming, and cliff jumping at the Chattahoochee River.
We’d get our fitness in training Jiu Jitsu at Alliance HQ Atlanta, and sand volleyball at Town Center on Main. For food, we’d grab state of the art ramen at Okiboru, or grab some Caribbean BBQ downtown. Get some new threads at some flea markets—and really just vibe and see where the day takes us.
Then we’d have to dive into the music scene, hit @TheMoonJam for live music on Thursday, and we’d tap into underground shows going on over the weekend. That’s the beauty of Atlanta—there’s always something to get into, shows going on, ambitious people to connect with, and new corners of the city to explore.
Saturday is “Creative Saturday” so we’d definitely record music until Saturday night worship @OutpouringWorship_ then visit Victory Church on Sunday, then without hesitation get some pho after in Norcross.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d have to give a major shoutout to one of my mentors (and Jiu Jitsu coach), Rick James Jungkuntz. Early on, I asked him a question that ended up changing the entire trajectory of my work:
“What’s the first thing you would have done in your business that would have revolutionized everything from the beginning?”
Without hesitation, he said, “Easy. I would’ve immediately found a partner who thrives at the executive work I don’t enjoy, and I would’ve built a team so I wasn’t doing everything myself.”
That answer completely reframed how I thought about entrepreneurship. He didn’t just give me advice—he gave me a framework to actually put it into practice and the resources to begin building a team right away. This helped me realize that the tools, talent, and systems I needed were always within reach—I just wasn’t reaching out far enough.
From there, my work naturally evolved into designing systems that don’t just help businesses hit goals, but protect time, energy, and freedom. I had always been interested in automation, but for years I was bouncing from software tool to software tool when what I truly needed was people. Making the shift from “doing everything myself” to building a real team has been the most impactful professional decision I’ve made.
The team members I’ve worked with since then haven’t just supported my business—they’ve fundamentally shaped my journey. That realization continues to influence how I help other founders escape the solopreneur trap and build businesses that actually support their lives.
