Meet Antonio Randolph | Music producer and executive

We had the good fortune of connecting with Antonio Randolph and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Antonio, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
The Genesis of Our Vision – My entrepreneurial journey began at the intersection of necessity and conviction. As both a creative and strategist, I recognized a fundamental disconnect in our industry especially our community’s where artistic value and fair compensation rarely aligned. Traditional systems often treated talent as disposable commodities rather than visionary partners. This realization sparked my mission to build something transformative.
Three Core Motivations Drove Me:
1. Creative Justice – To architect a business model where copyright ownership and revenue transparency aren’t privileges, but standards
2. Innovation Freedom – To develop solutions (like our hybrid publishing/distribution system) that legacy players were too rigid to attempt
3. Legacy Building – To create generational wealth pathways for artists beyond one-hit wonders
What Made This Different
Unlike typical startups chasing trends, we engineered PeachTree as an antidote to industry pain points I’d experienced firsthand:
As a producer, watching peers sign away catalogs for short-term gains
As a publisher, seeing flawed royalty chains cheat creators
As a technologist, recognizing how data could democratize access
The Pivot Point
The leap from freelancer to CEO wasn’t about rejecting the system, but redesigning it. We replaced:
Opaque deals → Algorithmic fair deal frameworks
Exploitative recoupment → Sustainable revenue shares
Gate kept opportunities → Tech enabled access
Why This Matters Now
In today’s creator economy, our approach proves ethics and profitability aren’t mutually exclusive. When artists win, we win that’s not idealism, it’s mathematically sound business from my experience.
This venture was never just “starting a company.” It’s about institutionalizing fairness in an industry ripe for disruption. Every contract we draft, every tool we build carries that original fire, the belief that great art and great business should elevate each other.
