Meet Sheyla Jordan | Mompreneur

We had the good fortune of connecting with Sheyla Jordan and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Sheyla, how do you define success?
Success, to me, is living in full alignment with what matters most showing up as a present and loving mom to my four babies, pushing my limits as an athlete, building something meaningful as an entrepreneur, staying grounded through fitness and nature, and never losing sight of the joy and strength that comes from time spent with my family.
It’s not about balance it’s about harmony. If my babies are thriving, my body feels strong, my business is impacting lives, and I’m still able to pause and soak in the moment with those I love that’s success.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My health bar is more than a business, it’s my art. It’s an extension of who I am and what I believe in: healing through nature, nourishment as love, and honoring the body as sacred. Every juice, every wellness product, every interaction is intentionally created with purpose and care. What sets me apart is that I don’t just sell health, I live it, breathe it, and pour it into everything I create.
The journey hasn’t been easy. Being a mom of four, an athlete, and an entrepreneur means constantly juggling and redefining balance. There were moments of doubt, exhaustion, and fear, but I kept going because I knew this was bigger than me. I’ve learned that discipline will carry you when motivation fades, and that staying grounded in your why is what turns a passion into a purpose.
I want the world to know that Shey Natural Health Bar is a love letter to those who want to live more intentionally who want to feel good, do good, and be well. My story is one of resilience, faith, and creating space for others to thrive mind, body, and spirit.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Welcome to Chattanooga – the Scenic City with soul!
If my best friend were visiting for a week, I’d make sure they left with full hearts, full bellies, and unforgettable memories. Here’s how we’d do it:

• Ionic foot detox at Tre’s Belle Body Boutique.
• Spa day or float therapy at Revitalist or Pure Sweat + Float Studio.
• Afternoon journaling or reading session by the river.
• Dinner at Alleia – romantic, cozy, and unforgettable.
Day 7: Reflect & Revisit Favorites
• Revisit any spots we loved (and you know we’re getting another smoothie or LOCA shot).
• A quiet final night with a home-cooked dinner, candles, herbal tea, and deep conversation about how life-giving the week has been.
What makes Chattanooga so special is the blend of nature, community, creativity, and soul. There’s something here for every part of you and I’d make sure my best friend left feeling seen, inspired, and recharged.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Without a doubt, my biggest shoutout goes to my husband. He’s been my rock through every chapter encouraging me when I wanted to dream bigger, supporting me when I needed to pivot, and staying patient and delicate through the ups and downs of motherhood, entrepreneurship, and personal growth. His belief in me has been a constant source of strength, especially on the days when I doubted myself. He doesn’t just show up for me he sees me. And that kind of love has made all the difference in my journey.
