We had the good fortune of connecting with Enfamous Familia Music Group and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Enfamous Familia, we’d love to hear more about your end-goal, professionally.
The absolute end goal for EFMG is to have great records continue to be manufactured under our umbrella once the torch has been passed. Our main mission is to create timeless records and by doing so we look forward to having the records we put out today continue to be played years on from now; along with current releases in the future from the label. We have been working diligently to create an ongoing cycle of hit-making, one which will bring forth legendary music and help sustain generations after us, while hopefully inspiring them to do the same with their God given talents.
 

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
The music industry is not a easy one to navigate if you are starting with no connections or any prior knowledge of how the industry works. It can be costly and lead you down a lot of dead ends, but just like with any business if you are truly set to make a profit you are going to figure it out. Learning curves are inevitable in any business venture, but once you figure out YOUR formula and it WORKS, stick to it until you are successful. There are thieves, backstabbers, and manipulators waiting for the moment you show any sign of weakness as well, therefore once you have your formula you must safeguard it and stay clear of distractions. Being in business a short ten years we have seen many ups and downs, a couple wins and a few losses, but the quality of our product is something we would never sacrifice to have a different path. The journey is what built it and is what will continue to make it great for years to come.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
There are so many places in the city now it’s crazy… Just to name a few there is Your3rdSpot, Gocha’s Breakfast Bar, BlackHaus, Glow Bar, The 12 Factory is always having events, Haveli Lounge, Opium, Cru always smooth, 1145, Visions, Rose Bar, Strokers, Juicy Joint on Fridays for the 30 and up crowd, Southern Queenz for some food and drinks on Saturday…. Man the city is active you just got to be outside and moving around. A lot of people are antisocial these days, but at the same time they really aren’t if you catch the drift.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We would like to show major love to our family and supporters of our music. Their are loads of people who have been supporting us and uplifting the fact we should never stop for a very long time. We would just like to let them know there support and well wishes do not go in vain, and we hear and receive every positive vibe sent our way! Much love and respect directly from the Enfamous Fam.
