Meet Krystal Jae | Trauma Consultant, The Empowerment Goddess

We had the good fortune of connecting with Krystal Jae and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Krystal, what are you inspired by?
I am inspired by the vision of the elevated version of myself. She is empowered, authentic, passionate, and gracious. This woman is elevating and inspiring the lives of so many other people by sharing her life’s journey, letting people know that they are not alone, and pointing people in the direction of healing so they may live as their best authentic selves with inner peace, joy, and purpose.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

​​Women have started healing journeys from the bounds of trauma to thriving with purpose and authenticity. I inspire, empower and pour positivity while guiding the way with healing processes and therapeutic art. Who do you know?

​​​My message focuses on empowering women to discover their authentic selves and break the bounds holding them back from living a life of joy, peace, and passion. It is more critical for me to reach as many women as possible to inspire and empower them.

My journey has been challenging, by all means. That is why I am open and share my life journey, the good, bad, and ugly. When overcoming challenges, I reached out to business coaches, accountability partners, and community members who were a level above me. In business and life, gaining knowledge continuously and applying that knowledge is essential.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Personally, I love the Georgia Aquarium.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would shoutout all the women living empowered lives and showing others how great things are on the other side. When I needed encouragement, watching Lisa Nichols, Sarah Jakes Roberts, and Oprah helped stir up the encouragement inside me and break down the walls of defeat. It is the women that I cross from day to day that may say a little word of encouragement or the simple “Thank you.” It will be all my sisters through birth, and some not that have said, ” I appreciate you.” Growing up in the Church on the corner where love abides and Jesus guides has provided comfort and healing. As you can see, being my authentic self and the success that I have has been through my life’s experiences, and I wouldn’t change them.
