We had the good fortune of connecting with Taiisha Bradley, MA and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Taiisha, putting aside the decision to work for yourself, what other decisions were critical to your success?
I’ve been in the Public Relations and Marketing industry for over 25 years, so I’ve seen the communications industry grow and change massively since the internet and personal computers became easily accessible to most of the world. Even more since the world learned how to work, socialize, and make money virtually this broke down another barrier between the people and the media. Today it’s no longer uncommon to see a remote audience on a national daytime talk show, a virtual guest on a game show, or even guest appearances from avatars and holograms.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Taiisha Bradley, Inc. is a portfolio of brands all designed to help business leaders and public figures leverage the power and reach of media to grow their visibility and income. My brands include: Media Circus Podcast, Media Circus Publicity Leads subscription, and Media Circus Speedpitching Events. What sets me apart from other PR agents and agencies is that I make earning publicity easy and fun by taking out all of the industry jargon and standards and connecting clients directly with the media so they can pitch their stories face-to-face and get immediate feedback. No more sending blind emails and hoping for a response. I also offer other a la carte services like Celebrity Gifting and Mediagenic Makeover VIP Days that gets clients media-ready in a day. I got to where I am today with a lot of work on imposter syndrome. I also invested in coaching to strengthen areas I am weak or unknowledgeable in. And I tried a LOT of different service offerings and client types before I decided what I wanted to consistently offer and who I want to serve. Nothing was easy, but nothing was so hard that I couldn’t overcome it. Along the way, I’ve learned to not let being afraid stop me from taking action. A lot of my biggest wins I earned while doing something scared. I want the world to know that I am very aware that being a Publicist is a part of my divine purpose. My job is to make sure that the right people are seen, heard, and supported in THEIR purposes too.
