I officially launched Calvaniece Mason Hair Brands Co. in 2015 with the Elite Pro Turbo | Professional Hair Dryer. I was inspired to create an ergonomically designed hair dryer for hairstylists after discovering the number of work-related injuries in which stylists developing, and suffering from, carpal tunnel. After operating for several years in 2018 I went through a very traumatic experience; I lost a close loved one in which I suffered from hair loss caused by grief and depression. Read more>>

I’ve always had a love for candles and smell goods. My mama and nana always had candles and incenses burning throughout the house growing up, so I ended up developing a love for them too. In January of 2021 I was diagnosed with Covid-19 and I lost my smell for 6 months!! It felt like I had lost it forever. Us humans tend to be unappreciative of things until we loose it. I still had a love for candles but it was boring just watching a candle burn and I couldn’t smell it. Tinishia Davidson | From Breast Cancer Warrior to CEO!
Earlier Detection, Inc. (EDI) was birthed while I was going through treatments for breast cancer. I was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma at the age of 39. I remember about a month before I found the lump in my right breast, I heard “touch your breast”, as was praying. About a month later, I heard it again, and that’s when I found a lump in my right breast via self breast exam. The next morning I called my doctor who was able to get me on the following day. As my doctor did a breast exam, she felt the lump as well. Being that the lump was so small, we didn’t think that it was anything but my doctor sent me to have a mammogram done anyway.
