Meet Erica West | CEO

We had the good fortune of connecting with Erica West and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Erica, maybe we can start at the very start – the idea – how did you come up with the idea for your business?
Rock Eternal Favor started with the idea of wanting a family brand. My husband and I had been thinking about it for a while but we couldn’t come up with a name. We really wanted something that defined us as a family and what we believe in. One day when my husband was at the barbershop he texted me REF… of course I was confused so I replied with a question mark. He responded, I got it! our brand name Rock Eternal Favor, I loved it! Soon after my daughter took interest in making bracelets. We chose the best style that she would be able to put together, had her choose her charms, created her first video and launched the week of her birthday. About a month later my son told us he wanted to have shirts and sweatshirts designed for our brand. He launched his apparel at their first Young Entrepreneur Pop Up shop hosted by Atia from Future Images. At that time both of our kids were into modeling, acting and they had been behind the scenes which had inspired them to be creative in their own way. We teach our kids to be independent thinkers and to set themselves apart from the world. They both are creative in their own way and we help them develop their skills. The idea of just starting a family brand was simply that, we had no idea what exactly we wanted to do as a business but the interest our kids took helped us build our brand. Rock Eternal Favor really defines us individually and spiritually. We took the strongest definition in our names and put it together, Yes it’s only three words and four of us, but both my husband and son share the same name. Craig means Rock, Erica means Eternal, and Analia means Favor. With no doubt about it God led my husband to choose these words because He is our Rock, the one who gives us Eternal life, believe in Him and follow His statutes and you shall receive Favor.

What should our readers know about your business?

Rock Eternal Favor is a faith-based clothing brand for families. We produce high-quality apparel, and accessories that are fashionable and affordable for the whole family. We aim to empower our customers to share their faith.

Within a year God opened the doors for us and allowed us to have a storefront, definitely nothing we were looking for it really just came to us. We were just getting our brand going and next thing you know we had our first store. Within the first couple of months we made changes in our business which led us to adding more apparel for the whole family. We now have jeans for men & boys, dresses, and skirts for women and girls, and of course t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts. Rock Eternal Favor is a family brand that believes the love, desire, and understanding of God should be represented in every way.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Honestly we will plan at the moment and look into recommended places lol!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?

I thank God everyday for giving us the vision, talent and wisdom each and every day. I go to Him for guidance everyday, and ask that His will be done within our business. He has truly opened doors I didn’t even know were there.

I am truly thankful for every one who has supported us and helped us, believe it or not a repost, a referral truly helps!

I also want to thank my husband for believing in me and encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone and use my creativity for it’s purpose. There is not a day that goes by that he is not uplifting me and praying for me. He encourages and guides our kids to continue building their foundation for their future!
