Hi Pinky, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Baby Girl Get It Right & Ready Or Not Mens Hair Solution not only repairs dry, damaged, brittle hair and beards but more importantly the brands restores the confidence, self-esteem and
self-worth of the men, women and kids who use Pink Is Me products.

PR Marketing Firm is a boutique style marketing firm that is building up businesses and showing them how to grow their businesses to 6 figures and beyond. As well as showing them how to make a huge impact in their industries and to their communities through innovative marketing strategies.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The Pinky Redd Brand is a brand with many brands attached to it.

Pink Is Me is my beauty brand that includes a haircare product line for men, women and kids with all hair types. We have a shampoo, conditioner and hair oil. This proven hair growth system has been bringing back healthy hair arcross many states. I’m get so excited when customers send me their pictures and videos showing their hair growth. The productmlines have not even been out a year yet but they are making a huge impact on those lives who have used our products.

I am looking forward to the growth of product lines. I had very little knowledge on starting a haircare line. It took a lot studying, research, trial and errors but I’m thankful for my chemist who is an black woman in North Carolina. Formulating a line that will work on all hair types was not an easy task but with her help we did it. Overcoming some shipping challenges and having to delay my soft launch has been the biggest challenge so far. My products took over 3 weeks to arrive so just I rescheduled the launch. While I was waiting for the Christmas holiday shipping to slow down I just kept working on the roll out.

I have a marketing firm as well PR Marketing Firm. I wasn’t going to use my firm to do my roll out but I decided to go ahead and just do it myself. It definitely has been a challenge to write about myself and my brands. Some of the writing I did outsource to make it easier on me. Having a marketing firm that does public relations I think is a real advantage I have over others that just do one or the other. Of course the creativity and marketing is a never ending thing when trying to consistently reach the masses. Having my own marketing firm allows me to be creative and try new strategies without breaking the bank.

Being an entreprenuer with many businesses under one business has taught me many lessons. To believe in myself even when no one else does. To never give up. It’s ok to not be ok. It’s ok to ask for help. Be consistent. A delay doesnt mean a denial. Trust the process. It will never be perfect so just do it and make it what you want later. Be knowledgable and well educated in your niche. Learn time management and set boudaries and stick to them. Self care is important find that balance with your business and personal life. DO NOT let social media rush you. Your family and friends may not allows support you and that is ok. Do it afraid just do it. I keep God first. I pray and meditate every morning this really helps me start my day with a positive vibe.

I want to help others succeed as I succeed. I want my brands to make a positive impact on the world. I personally want to be a blessing everywhere I go and provide value to everyone I come in contact with.

Breakfast at Barneys. Atlanta selfie museum. Probably the trap museum. To see Martin Luther King Jr. house. Topgolf. Slutty Vegan. Phipps mall for some shopping. Atlanta breakfast club. Candytopia. We most definately have to hit up Onyx. Suite lounge. Elleven45 lounge. Maybe a cigar lounge or somewhere for grown folks. Perimeter mall. Check out SkylinePark. iFLY Atlanta. Go to Atlantic Station. A lot of eating, cruising these ATL streets and shopping.
