Meet Joe Ward: Traveling Hibachi Chef

We had the good fortune of connecting with Joe Ward and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Joe, maybe we can start at the very start – the idea – how did you come up with the idea for your business?
I came up with this business when Covid hit hard, we was in a pandemic, people couldn’t go anywhere to have a decent meal so I decided to do traveling Hibachi
What should our readers know about your business?
Branding yourself is a major factor in business. Catchy name, great logo and word of mouth. We have been blessed to be the most requested Hibachi in the state of Ga. I’ve learn to stay consistent, positive, continue to work hard every day
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
In the city I love to eat Pappadeux. If I decide to hangout I just hit downtown Atlanta
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Shoutout to my 15 year old cousin Goldie, he been there with me from day one learning the ropes and he is 2nd in command. Also my staff my family and my community Griffin Ga
