Meet Michael Ho | Doctor of Chiropractic & Health Expert

We had the good fortune of connecting with Michael Ho and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Michael, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is my “why”. If we don’t have a purpose in life it’s hard to stay motivated throughout your journey in life, work, & hobbies. My grit and willingness to remain consistent and disciplined is my true key to success. I love what I do as a Doctor of Chiropractic. I get to wake up, drive to the office, and help people bring their life back. Adjusting a patient isn’t work for me, it’s my mission, my purpose, and my why. I do my best to embrace the journey, but also embrace the suck. If the road to success was easy everyone would have their goals met, but that’s not the case. Im a human being just like everyone else. I still feel down, sad, unmotivated, and get anxious at times. But I know that this is the road is the road that I choose to stay on because it’s aligned with my heart and soul. Never giving up when times get tough and staying true to your morals, goals, and ambition are key.

What should our readers know about your business?
We make it a point to make sure that each patient that comes into Chiro4Sports has a wow experience every single visit. We want it to be the highlight of their day coming into our office. I’m so incredibly grateful to have the kind of patients that I do. I’ve been told countless times that our office has a different vibe and feel to it. our staff is caring, friendly, loving, determined, and warm. When you walk in, everyone gets greeted by their first name. I love how people can be there authentic selves and can communicate openly as their healthcare provider. Patients feel HEARD in our office and understand how much we truly care. We have an outstanding homey atmosphere at Chiro4Sports and wouldn’t change it for the world. The biggest challenge for us in the beginning was transitioning from “old school to “new school”. Updating our website, systems, network, staff and marketing was a challenge 6 years ago. My dad is going into his 38 years of practice so it was definitely not easy for me to come into his office and want to update everything, but that’s exactly what we did. I started doing my best to help rebuild Chiro4Sports again from the ground up. We remodeled everything, got better systems, improved our approach to patient care, and most importantly stayed true to ourselves within the entire process. I want the world to know that there is no office quite like ours. The quality of care people received is unmatched and the standard that we hold is high. We do our best to educate patients on the exact process it takes to accomplish their personal goals. Whether that’s improving there activities of daily living, improving range of motion, decreasing stiffness, or getting rid of pain.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d recommend getting a solid workout at Lifetime Fitness in Alpharetta or Buckhead then hitting the outdoor pool and ending it with a cold plunge. I’m a huge fan of Hals the Steakhouse or Little Alley Steak in Buckhead or Historic Roswell. They have to get a dry aged or prime ribeye cowboy cut cooked mid rare with a martini with bleu cheese olives or an old fashioned from either spot. Ponce City Market is always a vibe whether you’re going to walk the Beltline, grab drinks, and have a huger variety of different food & restaurants in the area. I’d end the night out somewhere in midtown at Palo Santo or Wagyu House for great views, music, and people watching.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have to give this shoutout to my wife Vivian. My wife is a huge part of why I became who I always was destined to be in the last 4 years. I wasn’t always on the straight path to success. I’ve always knew I was going to be successful one day, but man it was a treacherous journey to get here. When I graduated Chiropractic School in 2019 I still had a hard time having the same mindset and drive that I do now. I was stuck in the restaurant industry for 16 years. Working my way through Chiropractic school working at steak houses here in Atlanta was a great way to socialize, network, and make great money. The week to week hustle in the industry became my comfort zone, and boy it was hard to get out of. My wife was one of the few that truly believed in me and who had my full support. I had a hard time going 100% into Chiropractic and taking over the family business while working for my dad Dr Jeffrey Ho. She pushed me to become the best version of myself and also rekindle my relationship with my dad. Vivian is a rockstar as a nurse here at Northside Atlanta. Viv always told me that I could become and accomplish anything that I set my mind to. When I felt at my rock bottom she always supported me and told me to keep going and keep my eye on the prize.
